The house, barn, cellar and garden have been fully renovated since we lived here and is arranged as:

 

Below ground – renovated cellar offes plenty of cool storage

​Ground Floor – Large wentrance hallway, La Ruche café and terrace, dining room / salon,  large kitchen,

snug with wood burner &  cloakroom 

First Floor – 4 guest bedrooms all with private shower rooms, large guest landing and balcony with seating area

​Second Floor – 3 bedroom appartment with bathroom, kitchen area and open plan living space

Grenier – large, insulated attic, boarded for storage and with 2 hot water ballons 

Outside – we have a barn which has been renovated downstairs for storage, while upstairs is a beautifully renovated

5th guest ensuite bedroom with lovely views.

We have a beautiful walled garden with terrace, a working well, 2 covered seating areas, pond and with double gates

at the top and bottom.

Our boiler room houses a recently installed air source pump heating system, and there's a further outdoor storage room.
